"I like the genre of "I up and moved to France" books. This one was the follow up by the author from his first, which I also read, and which was also good. Both are fast paced, mostly funny and enjoyable reads. Pretty amazing how crazy and rude some of those estate/villa owners are. The banter between him and his wife is genuine and light and the descriptions of some of the localities are nice. All in all, an enjoyable book and recommended.”

”I read both of Brent Tyler's books. I thoroughly enjoyed them both. They’re about 2 brave and beautiful real people who took a chance and changed their lives. Through trials and tribulations, they triumphed in the end! It’s a bit of an emotional roller coaster, the sense of humor makes you laugh, some situations and some people belonging to the human race, will make you cringe with disgust and disbelief. I hope there will be a follow up sometime soon. A GOOD READ!!!”
